What is Coaching?

Coaching is work that clarifies your goals and gets you moving toward them.
If you are stuck it unsticks you; if you are confused it unconfuses you; when you're asking "why" and getting nowhere, coaching changes the question to what and where and how: What can you do? Where are you going? How will we get you there?

Being coached is incredibly rewarding if you're ready for it. You and your coach will work together to develop goals and a plan, knowing that they might change en route. Then in regular phone calls you'll refine the plan, reflect on the results, and keep going. You can book single strategy sessions or by the month, but most people see the best results after at least 3 months. It's the consistency over time that builds new habits, breaks old thought patterns, and creates new possibilities.
